Right in your own backyard - Cypress Creek Cultural District

The segment of Cypresswood Drive between Stuebner Airline on the west and TC Jester on the east is home to two buildings that are cornerstones of the Cypress Creek Cultural District - the Pearl Fincher Museum of Fine Arts and the Centrum Performing Arts Center.  Check out the links on this blog to websites for the museum, the first and only out post of the Houston Museum of Fine Arts, and the performing arts group that brings concerts to the Centrum.   The museum and performing arts center are located within a mile of Villa Nova, making them almost in your own backyard for lucky residents of Villa Nova.

Welcome to Villa Nova - An Introduction to the Neighborhood

Villa Nova, a new custom home neighborhood, may be one of the best kept secrets around.  But this blog will help to get the word out on this small enclave of wooded home sites that is private, but not isolated, and is off the beaten path, but is very conveniently located.  You'll find Villa Nova in the heart of the Champions area in Spring, near the intersection of Cypresswood Drive and TC Jester.  It features 36 wooded home sites, which will be built on by three of the areas most well-respected custom home builders: Cannon, Gabay and Brickland Homes. All have built custom homes in Northwest Houston for 20 to 25 years. At the moment, there are three completed homes, one by each of the three builders. One of those homes has been sold, and the first Villa Nova resident moved into the neighborhood in July. Each builder has plans completed for their next home to be built and artist renditions and floor plans for these homes are available.
